With Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003 on the desktop, this solution provided Kelsa with Internet access for the entire organisation and e-mail addresses for all employees. A wireless network was also installed meaning that the warehouse staff have a desktop onto which same-time information is recorded to ensure everyone within the organisation has up-to date system data. In addition, Absolute Networks now provide a remote support solution meaning that Kelsa no longer have to worry about 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues. Instead, they are safe in the knowledge that the Helpdesk and technical support staff at Absolute Networks will remotely deal with any issue that arises and resolve issues with minimal disruption to business.
