Company Background ~ The Belgravia Trichological Centre first opened its doors in London in 1991, employing a trichologist and two assistants. Today the centre has grown to become Europe's latest trichological organisation. The work done at the Belgravia Centre is fully recognised by doctors and other medical specialists. This goes some way to explain why tens of thousands of men and women throughout the UK and many other countries use their services.

The Challenge ~ The Belgravia Centre approached Absolute Networks Ltd for support services following a successful infrastructure upgrade completed earlier in the year. The Belgravia Centre wanted a bespoke helpdesk service which allowed them to make an unlimited number of helpdesk calls on any nature of day-to-day 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT issues. They also wanted Absolute Networks to undertake a number of housekeeping tasks (in addition to the remote monitoring service already in place) to ensure that their systems remained in perfect condition. Another crucial element of their requirements was that they wanted all of the service and quality of service above but without the sky-high price tag.
