Remote Monitoring & Management

Absolute Networks Remote Monitoring service allows us to supervise your network performance to ensure optimum functionality, efficiency and productivity. By using advanced diagnostic software Absolute Networks can predict the onset of support issues, instantly respond to unforeseen issues and monitor server, workstation and network loads.

Our remote monitoring suite uses Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold Premium to securely link your mission critical devices and software to our Network Operations Centre. Absolute Networks use WhatsUp Gold Premium to monitor an unlimited number of network devices and the services and SNMP traps on those devices. In addition CPU utilization, disk space and many other performance counters are monitored. This means that minute by minute, crucial infrastructure information is fed into a predictive analysis tool which ensures that as soon as any monitored business service enters a critical state we are alerted and respond.

Server performance is monitored 24/7 at out Network Operating Centre. The remote support centre operates Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 (excl bank holidays)
